TWO MUST-TRY RECIPES FOR THE SUMMER

There’s something about the summertime that unites us all. We’re more active (and sweaty) than usual, more likely to attend or host social gatherings, and we’re always up for something cold and sweet to help refresh us. Unfortunately, popular treats like milkshakes, snocones, and ice cream aren’t as refreshing (or healthy) as we’d like them to be. Many fond summer memories are centered around activities and foods/beverages that are specific to the season- so what do we do when we want a little something to help us beat the heat without compromising on our fitness goals, budget, or memorable experiences?

Worry not! We are here to offer you two super simple, healthier alternatives to your favorite summer treats.
