ROCCIN’ RECIPES TO SATISFY YOUR SWEET TOOTH

Chocolate Shake with N2G Protein Powder

PROTEIN COFFEE

Health Tip from Coach Nina: Whatever you’re making, try to add a protein in!

Coffee is no exception to the rule! If you’re missing out on super sweet blended coffees, this one is for you!

INGREDIENTS:

  • One Small Banana
  • 1TBSP Peanut Butter
  • 1 Scoop N2G Whey Protein Powder
  • 6-8oz of Coconut Milk
  • Ready Whip
  • Sugar Free Chocolate Syrup

INSTRUCTIONS:

Brew coffee or espresso and allow to cool. Pour cooled coffee or espresso into ice trays and freeze. Once frozen, place desired amount of caffeine cubes into blender along with banana, peanut butter, and one scoop of N2G Whey Protein, and coconut milk. Blend until desired consistency. If needed, add more liquid to make more thin or more caffeine cubes to thicken. Line glass with sugar free chocolate syrup and pour mixture into glass. Top light with ready whip and enjoy!

PUMPKIN PIE SHAKE

Feeling nostalgic about the tastiness of Holiday favorites? We’ve got you covered. This pumpkin pie shake is as close as you can get to the real thing- without all of the extra calories.

INGREDIENTS:

  • Unsweetened Oat Milk
  • 1/2 Frozen Banana
  • 1/3 Cup Pumpkin Puree
  • 1 Scoop N2G Whey Protein Powder (Vanilla)
  • 4oz yogurt (Recommend: Fage 0%)
  • 1/2 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 Cup Ice
  • Crushed Graham Cracker

INSTRUCTIONS:

Combine all of the ingredients and blend until smooth. Garnish with graham cracker crumbs and cinnamon. Enjoy!

CHOCOLATE CHIP PROTEIN MUFFINS

Morning, noon, or night- muffins always hit the spot. These muffins are healthy and easy to make- and may help you get rid of a muffin top.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 Cup Oat Flour
  • 1/4 Cup Blended Rolled Oats
  • 1/2 Cup N2G Whey Protein Powder (Vanilla)
  • 1/2 Cup 0% Greek Yogurt
  • 3 Large Eggs
  • 1tsp Cinnamon
  • 1tsp Baking Powder
  • 1tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/2 Cup Dark Ghirardelli Chocolate Chips

INSTRUCTIONS:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Add the oats to a blender or food processor until they become a flour. Combine all ingredients until well mixed. Line muffin tin with liners and coat with baking spray. Spoon mixture into a pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until knife is clean upon poke.

Makes 12 servings. Eat two for a good snack. 140 Calories. 17C/4F/9P.

Perfect Bar

These bars are called perfect for a reason.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 1/4 Cup Fine-Blended Oat Flour
  • 1 Scoop N2G Whey Protein Powder
  • 1/2 Cup Natural Peanut Butter
  • 1/3 Cup Honey
  • 1TBSP Coconut Oil
  • 1tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3/4 Cup Mini Chocolate Chips
  • 3 Large Eggs
  • 1tsp Cinnamon
  • 1tsp Baking Powder
  • 1tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/2 Cup Dark Ghirardelli Chocolate Chips

INSTRUCTIONS:

Mix oat flour, protein powder, and salt in large mixing bowl. Add wet ingredients. Use hands to mix. Mix should come together like playdough. If too dry, add small amount of coconut oil (these are meant to be firm so don’t overdo it). Place parchment paper on clean cookie sheet and press mixture to cover sheet. Refrigerate one hour. Enjoy!
