Health Tip from Coach Nina: Whatever you’re making, try to add a protein in!
Coffee is no exception to the rule! If you’re missing out on super sweet blended coffees, this one is for you!
Brew coffee or espresso and allow to cool. Pour cooled coffee or espresso into ice trays and freeze. Once frozen, place desired amount of caffeine cubes into blender along with banana, peanut butter, and one scoop of N2G Whey Protein, and coconut milk. Blend until desired consistency. If needed, add more liquid to make more thin or more caffeine cubes to thicken. Line glass with sugar free chocolate syrup and pour mixture into glass. Top light with ready whip and enjoy!
PUMPKIN PIE SHAKE
